We, the staff of the New York State Veterans' Home at St. Albans have been given a great opportunity to serve those who have served us in the armed forces of the United States of America. The Human Resources Management Office works with each Department to pick the very best candidate for the specific opening that we are trying to fill. The Human Resource Department continues to support supervisors and staff alike throughout the working life of each employee. Some of those activities include providing guidance, direction, and assistance in the execution of various personnel activities.
