MEASURE		County level measures include:

		Average Number of tests: Five year rolling average of number of tests performed during selected time period

		Percent of homes tested = (Average Number of homes tested during selected time period/Number of housing units in county during selected time period*)
		
		Average test result value: Five year rolling average of mean test value during selected time period

		Maximum test result value: Five year rolling average of maximum test value during selected time period
				
		Percent of tests by test value category: Five year rolling average of percent of tests with values: 
		Percent tests <2pCi/L = (Average Number of homes with test values less than 2pCi/L / Total number of tests performed in the county during the selected time period)
		Percent tests 2-<4 pCi/L= (Average Number of homes with test values 2 to less than 4 pCi/L / Total number of tests performed in the county during the selected time period)
		Percent tests >=4 pCi/L = (Average Number of homes with test values greater than or equal to 4 pCi/L / Total number of tests performed in the county during the selected time period)

		Percent of tests by Floor level Tested: Five year rolling average of percent of tests by floor level of building tested: 
		Percent tests: First Floor = (Average Number of homes performed on the first floor of the building / Total number of tests performed in the county during the selected time period)
		Percent tests: Basement = (Average Number of homes performed in the basement of the building / Total number of tests performed in the county during the selected time period)
		Percent tests: Other Floors = (Average Number of homes performed on floors other than basement and first floor / Total number of tests performed in the county during the selected time period)


VALUE		Numeric value for the measure
