As part of the 2023-2024 budget (current budget period), a section was included called Part S - Modernization of EMS.

Several sections of Part S were enacted into legislation in April of 2023.  Some proposed sections of Part S were not included in the legislative updates.  

This survey is to gain feedback from the EMS community on sections of Part S that were not included.
