Leadership Course Interest | Utilize if you are an agency, course sponsorship, or regional EMS entity who is interested in hosting a Leadership Development Pilot Program Course but need to be connected with an instructor approved to teach the Leadership Development Course. Please select a month that you are seeking to host the course to allow for our team to canvas for instructor availability in that month. Please note that this is not a course application and a request only. Course Sponsors, please use the EMS Course Paperwork Portal to submit a course application if this is your intent.

Leadership Instructor Application | Utilize if you are intending to apply to become an approved instructor of the Leadership Development Pilot Program course. Please note, submission of an application does not guarantee approval as an instructor.

Please note that we are currently accepting interest requests for 2027 at this time.

Please review Policy Statement 25-08 for application requirements. Resume or CV must demonstrate prior experience with all of the following:

  • Leadership experience as outlined in Policy 25-08
  • Presentation or group facilitation experience
  • EMS experience
