Those wishing to provide comments or submit statements in writing may do so using this online request form.
Registration to provide comments and/or submit written statements will only be accepted from Monday, July 6th, 2020 at 8:00 AM until Tuesday, July 7th, 2020 at 08:00 AM.
There are a limited number of spots to provide comments during the public hearing which will be filled based on a first come, first serve basis. Once the number of participants to speak has been met the remainder of those who registered to speak will be given the opportunity to submit a written statement no later than Tuesday, July 7th at 12:00 PM.
Those providing comments during the hearing will be limited to two minutes of speaking time. Participants should not restate information already provided. Those submitting written statements should limit submissions to no more than one single-spaced 8 ½ x 11 typed page.
Those who have registered to provide comments during the hearing will receive instructions on how to join the hearing by e-mail on Tuesday, July 7th, 2020.
