Z State EMS Mobilization Survey

The COVID-19 Virus response by the New York State Department of Health is drawing on services from many health care providers across many professions.  The Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems is surveying EMS agencies for availability to fill deployment requests through the Statewide EMS Mobilization Plan. 

Your agency must NOT deploy until and unless you are contacted by the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services with a formal request for a response.
