Why am I not seeing NYSDOH login page?
All NYSDOH Public Accounts have been discontinued in order to comply with state-wide cyber security policies set forth by the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (OITS). NYSDOH Public Accounts permitted access to health applications such as the Volunteer Management System and the Certificate of Need System.
Due to inconsistencies between the NYSDOH Public Accounts database and the NY.gov accounts database, it was not possible for NYSDOH and OITS to move your NYSDOH Public Account to an NY.gov account.
What do I need to do?
To continue using health applications please register for an NY.gov account. Upon log in to NY.gov you will be provided with an opportunity to link your NYSDOH Public Account and NY.gov account to preserve your health application permissions and data. If you already have an NY.gov account please log in with your NY.gov account.
