| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Administrative Review Board affirmed the Hearing Committee’s August 4, 2016 determination finding the physician guilty of having been disciplined by the State Board of Medical Examiners for South Carolina for having inappropriate sexual relationships which included one relationship with a patient and prescribing medications without maintaining adequate medical records. The Administrative Review Board overturned the Hearing Committee’s penalty and revoked the physician’s license to practice medicine. |
