The Review Board also affirmed the Hearing Committee's determination finding the physician guilty of professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Medical Board of the State of California and the State Board of Medicine for the Common Wealth of Pennsylvania both of which were based on the underlying facts of the disciplinary action taken by Kentucky State Board of Medical Licensure. |
