Previously on May 8, 2015, the physician’s New York State medical license was subject to an Interim Non-disciplinary Order of Conditions that precluded him from the practice of medicine clinical or otherwise in New York State and in any jurisdiction where the practice of medicine is based solely upon his New York State medical license. |
