The physician's license is limited to the practice of psychiatry and he is precluded from ordering, prescribing, distributing or administering controlled substances with the exception of Adderall, Ambien, Ativan, Klonopin, Restoril, Ritalin, Valium and Xanax. The physician shall not practice pain management and shall not provide care and treatment or prescribe any medications for family members, professional colleagues or social friends. The physician had satisfied the terms of probation on February 28, 2017. All other restrictions remain in effect. |
