 Action Description for DOH Webpage:License suspension until the physician assistant's Pennsylvania license has been cleared for full practice with no restrictions. The physician assistant must appear before a hearing committee to determine whether an examination is required to determine if she remains impaired by drugs and/or alcohol and if a clinical competency examination is necessary. If there is no need for an examination, the suspension will be lifted and probation for three years will be imposed. The physician assistant must provide ninety (90) days notice before practicing medicine in New York State or in any other jurisdiction where the practice of medicine is predicated her New York State medical license after which her practice may be subject to further conditions.
 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The Review Board affirmed the Hearing Committee determination of February 20, 2015 finding the physician assistant guilty of having been disciplined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs for having a mental or physical condition which makes her unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety to patients. The Review Board modified the Hearing Committee's penalty by requiring the physician assistant to appear before a Hearing Committee and increasing the terms of probation to three years.
