The physician has completed the Addiction Medicine Fellowship and upon written approval by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct may engage in the active practice of medicine in a group setting. The physician may prescribe the following medications: Methadone, Buprenorphine, Naloxone, Suboxone, Vivitrol, Phenobarbital and Benzodiazepines.
