| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | This order is a modification of the terms previously imposed on September 11, 2014 and October 31, 2014 and does not constitute a new disciplinary action. Previously the Hearing Committee sustained the charges finding the physician guilty of having been disciplined by the Connecticut State Medical Examining Board for prescribing controlled substances to a family member without documentation; possessing and/or dispensing various schedule 111 controlled substances without adequate security or documentation and possessing a class 111 controlled substance that another physician had prescribed to two of his patients. |
