| | Action Description for DOH Webpage: | The New York State Commissioner of Health pursuant to New York State Public Health Law Section 230 and upon consideration of the Final Order issued on March 3, 2017 by the State of Texas Medical Board lifting the order of Temporary Suspension previously issued against the physician has determined that there is no longer good cause for the continuance of the Commissioners Summary Order issued on April 9, 2014 suspending the physician's New York State medical license. The physician's license to practice medicine in New York State is fully restored. This rescission is without prejudice with regard to any further action by the New York State Commissioner of Health or Department of Health as necessary, including but not limited to resulting from any further action by the State of Texas Medical Board. |
