 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:This order is a modification of the terms and conditions previously imposed under BPMC# 13-232 that went into effect on August 12, 2013 and does not constitute a new disciplinary action. The physician did not contest the charge of having been convicted in the California State Superior Court, Napa County on a nolo contendere of Driving Under the Influence of alcohol.
