| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee sustained the charges finding the physician guilty of having been disciplined by the California State Medical Board for gross negligence; repeated negligent acts; repeated incompetent acts; knowingly making false statements; failing to maintain accurate patient records and failing to comply with a previous order. Previously on September 30, 2008 the physician agreed not to engage in the practice of medicine in New York State until the final disposition of the current investigation by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct. |
