| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The physician did not contest the charge of having been disciplined by the Florida State Board of Medicine for being unable to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety due to his impairment; making deceptive or fraudulent representations relating to the practice of medicine; failing to maintain accurate patient records and improperly prescribing controlled substances. Previously on October 27, 2010 the physician had agreed to not engage in the practice of medicine in New York State until the final disposition of the current investigation by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct. |
