The physician is precluded either individually or through a professional corporation from evaluating, treating or billing patients whose services are reimbursed through either No-Fault insurance or Worker's Compensation. The physician is permitted to treat patients in his capacity as an employee of a hospital and/or OASAS facility whose care is remunerated through New York No-Fault and/or Workers' Compensation insurance programs. The physician is precluded from performing and/or interpreting videofluoroscopy radiographic studies. The physician completed the monitoring terms of his order effective January 4, 2013. The limitation of his license remains in effect. |
