The physician's license is limited to preclude prescribing, dispensing and/or administering of Schedule II controlled substances and is precluded from the treatment of patients for chronic pain conditions. The physician is permitted to prescribe, dispense and or administer Schedule III controlled substances, on the condition that he maintain a prescribing log for the Schedule III controlled substances.Later on August 27,2010 the physician had a permanent license restriction precluding the practice of medicine clinical or otherwise in New York State and in any other jurisdiction where the practice of medicine is based solely upon his New York State medical license. |
