 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:This order is a modification of the terms and conditions previously imposed under BPMC #02-339 that went into effect on October 29, 2002, as well as BPMC #08-100 that went into effect on June 23, 2008, and does not constitute a new disciplinary action. Previously the physician did not contest the charge of practicing the profession of medicine with negligence on more than one occasion.
