| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee sustained the charges finding the physician guilty of having his license revoked by the Maryland State Board of Physician Quality Assurance for failing to provide medical or surgical care and violating the standard of quality medical care. Previously on January 19, 2006 the physician had agreed to not engage in the practice of medicine in New York State until the final disposition of the current investigation by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct. |
