The Review Board overturned the Hearing Committee's penalty of suspension stayed with probation and practice limitations and revoked the physician's New York State medical license. Later on November 10, 2020, the New York State Education Department Board of Regents denied the physician’s petition for the restoration of his New York State medical license. |
