 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:This order is a modification of the terms and conditions previously imposed under BPMC Order # 05-126 that went into effect on June 30, 2005 and does not constitute a new disciplinary action. The physician did not contest the First Specification, Fraudulent Practice, in full satisfaction of the charges of misconduct, by practicing the profession of medicine fraudulently.
