Previously, on January 3, 2007, the Review Board affirmed the Hearing Committee's August 23, 2006 determination finding the physician guilty of practicing fraudulently and failing to comply with an order issued pursuant to New York State Public Health Law Section 230(7). The Review Board overturned the Hearing Committee's penalty of license suspension for six years with the last two years stayed with probation and revoked the physician's New York State medical license. |
