| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Review Board on June12, 2003 sustained the Hearing Committee's January 22, 2003 penalty but modified the determination finding the physician guilty of practicing fraudulently;filing a false report and engaging in conduct which evidences moral unfitness for making false statements on hospital applications.Previously the Review Board annulled the Hearing Committee's June 20, 2002 penalty of license suspension for two years with the condition that the physician undergo a medical and psychological and psychiatric examination,which results in a finding that the physician is not impaired by a physical or mental disability,as a condition for resuming the practice of medicine and remanded the matter to the Hearing Committee for further determination. |
