| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The physician agreed that he could not successfully defend against at least one of the charges of gross negligence; negligence on more than one occasion; verbally or physically abusing a patient; conduct which evidences moral unfitness; practicing medicine while impaired and having a psychiatric condition which impairs his ability to practice medicine.The physician previously agreed on January 6, 2000 in a non disciplinary order of conditions pursuant to New York State Public Health Law Section 230 to cease the practice of medicine until an order was issued by the New York State Board for Professional Medical Conduct. |
