 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:This order is a modification of the terms and conditions previously imposed under BPMC Order #01-82 that went into effect on April 11, 2001, and does not constitute a new disciplinary action. The Hearing Committee sustained the charge finding the physician committed professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the New Hampshire State Board of Medicine for unprofessional treatment and boundary violations with a patient.
