| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee on February 4, 1998 sustained the charges that the physician was guilty of conduct which evidences moral unfitness; abuse of a patient either physically or verbally; negligence on more than one occasion and failure to maintain accurate patient records. The previously granted stay of the penalty by the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division was vacated effective July 23, 1999. On July 23, 2008 the New York State Board of Regents denied the physician's petition for the restoration of his New York State medical license. |
