The Review Board overturned the Hearing Committee's penalty suspending the physician and ordering an evaluation as to possible impairment and revoked the physician's license.The physician's New York State license was previously summarily suspended on March 18, 1999, however the suspension was later rescinded on August 18, 1999. |
