| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | Effective January 21, 1987 the New York State Board of Regents revoked the physician's New York State medical license for having been covicted of conspiracy, criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and having violated Article Thirty-Three of the New York State Public Health Law.Effective July 3, 1995 the New York State Board of Regents stayed the revocation for a year in part and insofar as to permit the physician the opportunity to apply for and commence a residency program.On July 3, 1996 the stay of the revocation expired and the revocation became effective. |
