| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | This action is a penalty modification of the May 14, 1998 previous order issued by the New York State Board for Professional Medical Conduct,where the physician did not contest the charge that he was disciplined by the Vermont Board of Medical Practice for verbal exchanges with a patient which constituted unprofessional conduct and adversely affected the ability of the physician to render competent care to the patient.The original penalty imposed was the permanet license limitation precluding all patient contact and any practice of clinical medicine. This does not constitute a new disciplinary action. |
