| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Review Board sustained the Hearing Committee's March 17, 1993 penalty and determination finding the physician guilty of engaging in conduct which evidences moral unfitness, willfully abusing a patient, willfully filing a false report, practicing the profession fraudulently, practicing with gross negligence and gross incompetence, failing to maintain adequate medical records and having been disciplined by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine. The Board of Regents on July 26, 1999 denied the physician's petition for the restoration of his New York State medical license. |
