| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The physician did not contest the charges, in full satisfaction of the charges of misconduct, by having been excluded by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from all Federal health programs due to fraud, kickbacks and other prohibited activities; failing to report the adverse action taken by HHS against their license to the New Mexico Medical Board and voluntarily surrendering their medical license to the New Mexico Medical Board while under investigation for engaging in conduct inconsistent with the ethical and professional practice of medicine and agreed not to reapply for a period of at least three years. |
