During the period of probation, the physician may only practice medicine when their practice is being monitored by a licensed physician, board-certified in an appropriate specialty. They must also enroll in and successfully complete Continuing Medical Education approved by the Director and shall be prohibited from supervising physician’s assistants and advanced practice nurses during the term of probation.
