| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The physician did not contest the allegations, in full satisfaction of the charges of misconduct, by having been convicted in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (one count). Previously on December 20, 2023, the physician’s New York State medical license was suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. Later on January 25, 2024, the New York State Commissioner of Health determined that there is no longer good cause for the continuance of the Commissioner’s Order as the physician is now subject to a license surrender, effective January 10, 2024. |
