 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The physician did not contest the statement of charges, in full satisfaction of the charges of misconduct, by having pled guilty in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, of knowingly and intentionally dispensing and distributing a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of Hydrocodone outside of the scope of medical practice and not for a legitimate medical purpose regarding one patient as well as having been disciplined by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure based on that plea agreement.
