| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee sustained the charges finding the physician committed professional misconduct by practicing the profession of medicine with moral unfitness; negligence on more than one occasion; incompetence on more than one occasion and failing to maintain accurate patient medical records. Previously on August 22, 2023, the physician’s New York State medical license was suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health and then on September 27, 2023, the Commissioner of Health signed an order pursuant to the Hearing Committee’s recommendation that the hearing shall continue. |
