 Action Description for DOH Webpage:The physician shall obtain and complete a Clinical Competency Assessment (CCA) to the satisfaction of the Director (Director) of the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and provide the written report of the assessment to the Director within sixty days of the effective date of this Order. In the event the Director requires the physician to only practice medicine with the use of a Preceptor, the Preceptor shall be subject to the approval of the Director and preferably a physician who is board certified in the same specialty. The physician shall be subject to a remediation plan to address any deficiencies or retraining identified in the CCA and may be subject to further terms and/or conditions imposed by the Director based on all relevant facts and circumstances known to the Director.
