 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The Administrative Review Board affirmed the Hearing Committee’s March 31, 2023 determination finding the physician committed professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing of the Department of Commerce, State of Utah, for their practice of telemedicine regarding one patient. The Administrative Review Board modified the penalty issued by the Hearing Committee.
