 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The physician asserted they could not successfully defend against at least one act of misconduct alleged, in full satisfaction of the charges of misconduct, by practicing the profession of medicine with negligence on more than one occasion and failing to maintain accurate patient medical records regarding ten patients.

During the period of probation, the physician may only practice medicine when their practice is being monitored by a licensed physician, board-certified in an appropriate specialty and must enroll in and successfully complete Continuing Medical Education approved by the Director of the Office of Professional Medical Conduct.
