 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The Administrative Review Board affirmed the Hearing Committee’s December 28, 2022 decision finding the physician committed professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Medical Board of California for failing to maintain adequate records, and engaging in inappropriate prescribing, constituting, in sum, gross negligence, repeated negligent acts and failing to maintain adequate records.
  License Limitations or Conditions for DOH Webpage: The physician’s New York State medical license is permanently prohibited from prescribing, dispensing, administering, and ordering controlled substances as well as any agent or person under their supervision from prescribing, dispensing, administering, and ordering controlled substances. During the period of probation the physician shall only practice medicine when their practice is being monitored by a licensed physician approved by the Director of the Office of Professional Medical Conduct.
