 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The physician did not contest the allegations, in full satisfaction of the charges of misconduct, by having been convicted in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, of Conspiracy to Commit Healthcare and Wire Fraud (one count); False Statements to a Health Insurance (two counts); Transferring Names and Providers for Healthcare Fraud (one count); Using Names and Providers/Doctors for Healthcare Fraud (one count); Kickback Conspiracy (one count); Money Laundering (one count) and Conspiracy to Obtain Health Information Identities (one count). Previously on July 28, 2022, the physician’s New York State medical license was suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health.
