The physician did not contest the allegations, in full satisfaction of the charges of misconduct by having been disciplined by the Virginia Board of Medicine for his care and treatment of nine patients by engaging in conduct of a sexual nature with one patient; prescribing patients controlled substances without an office visit and/or absent medical justification; prescribing controlled substances to individuals with whom he was personally acquainted outside of a bona fide practitioner/patient relationship and/or prescribed and/or dispensed multiple medications to patients without documenting corresponding assessments, examinations, and/or diagnoses for which these medications were prescribed/dispensed.
