 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The physician did not contest the allegations, in full satisfaction of the charges of misconduct, by having been convicted in the United States District Court, State of New Jersey, of Knowingly and Intentionally Distributing Oxycodone (one count). Previously on April 30, 2021, the physician was subject to an Interim Non-Disciplinary Order of Conditions.
