| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee sustained the charges finding the physician assistant guilty of committing professional misconduct by having been convicted in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia, Savannah Division, of Unlawful Use of DEA Registration Number Issued to Another Person, a felony, and for willfully making or filing a false report by providing a false statement when completing her application for licensure in New York State. Previously on March 2, 2021, the physician assistant’s New York State license was suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
