| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The physician assistant did not contest the charge of committing professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Michigan Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery for practicing with conduct that was negligent or failing to exercise due care; violating Michigan Medical Records Access Act when he advised a patient of another’s patient diagnosis; refusing to provide a patient with the patient’s medical records; failing to comply with a prior Board Order and acting with unprofessional conduct with a female patient that was sexual or may reasonably be interpreted as sexual. Previously on March 2, 2021, the physician assistant’s New York State physician assistant license was suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
