 Action Description for DOH Webpage:Censure and reprimand and for a period of one year from the effective date of this Board Order, the physician assistant’s New York State license shall be limited to preclude the examination and/or treatment of female patients, and all patients under the age of twenty-one. After one year from the effective date of this Order, the physician assistant’s New York State license shall be limited to preclude the examination and/or treatment of female patients, and all patients under the age of twenty-one, except in the presence of a chaperone who shall be in accordance with this Board Order and approved by the Director of the Office of Professional Medical Conduct. Previously on March 1, 2021, the physician assistant was subject to a Non-Disciplinary Interim Order of Conditions.
 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The physician assistant did not contest the charge of committing professional misconduct by having been convicted in the Sandy Creek Town Court (Criminal Part), Oswego County, State of New York, of Second Degree Attempted Unlawful Surveillance, a misdemeanor.
