| | Action Description for DOH Webpage: | Censure and reprimand and the physician assistant may only practice as a physician assistant in a setting approved by the Director (Director) of the Office of Professional Medical Conduct for as long as he remains licensed as a physician assistant in New York State. The physician assistant is also subject to practice conditions for a period of three years that include a practice and records supervisor, health care professionals, comply with the Committee for Physicians’ Health and Continuing Medical Education as approved by the Director and may be subject to additional practice conditions determined by the Director. |
