| Action Description for DOH Webpage: | The physician shall obtain a Clinical Competency Assessment (CCA) performed by a program as directed by the Director of the Office of Professional Medical Conduct (Director) within thirty days of the effective date of this board order. The physician shall complete the assessment to the satisfaction of the Director and provide a written report to the Director within sixty days of the course completion. The physician must also identify a Preceptor, preferably a physician who is board certified in the same specialty, and approved by the Director, who can address any deficiencies or retraining recommendations identified in the CCA. The physician shall be subject to any further probation terms and/or conditions the Director may impose based upon the results and recommendations of the CCA as well as the Preceptor’s reports. The physician has completed the Clinical Competency Assessment (CCA) requirements on December 6, 2021 and there are no further probation terms or conditions being placed on the physician. |
